Like all handmade goods, no two pieces are identical, and those small variations are part of their charm, telling the story of their artisanal creation. We celebrate these imperfections as a testament to the human touch behind every product. Perfection isn't the goal, performance is. If you're unsatisfied with a product for any reason--whether it's a defect or performance issue, please let us know within 30 days of purchase and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.
Return Policy Details
Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer for any return in which Parkwood Essentials is reasonably considered not to be "at fault." We will cover return shipping for any issue such as a defective or damaged product, or a mis-shipment of the wrong item, so once you contact us, we will send you a return label.
We will not replace or refund any product which has been more than 50% used. We believe that this is reasonable rule, as any allergy issues or performance issues would have been discovered far before this point.
