Gentle Tallow Face Soap

New 👏 Gentle Tallow Face Soap

This rustic 3.4 ounce bar is formulated with the delicate skin of your face and neck in mind. I formulated this soap differently by:

1. having a very low scent profile using only sweet orange and a teensy hint lavender oil in the formula and nothing added for scent

2. Lowering the pH to leave less of a “squeaky clean“ feel on the face which can sometimes feel like tightness on dry skin types

3. Utilizing castor oil to give the soap a slicker feeling which is great not only for the softness of the facial skin after washing, but it helps to easily slide off any makeup 

4. Higher percentage of oils to leave the skin with extra softness 

I call this bar “rustic” because it will look a little bit different than my normal soaps being that I made it using a hot-process method versus my normal soap which I make using cold-process. 

Simply because of the way it was made & the temperature that was used, it will have a little bit more of a rustic texture on its sides with the edges not being perfectly smooth.
