Hand-poured with raw yellow beeswax from independent U.S. beekeepers and beef suet tallow from regenerative U.S. farms, this blend ensures a clean, slow burn. A natural cotton wick, free of zinc or metal cores, promotes an even, eco-friendly burn, delivering pure light and fragrance. The scent, a playful Fruity Floral blend inspired by a vibrant spring morning. It opens with crisp, juicy apples, zesty petitgrain, and green blackcurrant leaves. A heart of sumptuous lily, rose, nectarine, and acacia honey drizzles sweetness, while smooth amber, alluring musk, and notes of vetiver, peach, and plum create a refined, powdery finish.
Inspired by the Bee Gees’ song, First of May evokes joy and elegance, ideal for anyone seeking a refreshing, sophisticated ambiance. Perfect for lively gatherings or serene moments of reflection.

How to Prepare Your Candle Vessel for Refilling
Easily remove old wax using the easy freezer method:
1. Place your used Parkwood Essentials glass vessel in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
2. Once the wax is frozen, gently tap or use a butter knife to pop out the hardened wax. If needed you can gentle pierce the surface of the wax using a butter knife to break the wax into smaller "chunks" which make it easier to remove.
3. Remove any remaining wick or debris. If some sticker residue remains from the wick adhesive that's okay and will not affect the refill, however if the buildup is significant, use isopropyl alcohol to rub away the adhesive using a towel.
4. Wash the vessel with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. NOTE: DO NOT put candle wax down the sink drain. It is important to remove any remaining wax from the vessel before washing in the sink.
5. Drop in your new Parkwood Essentials 7.5oz candle refill, light, and enjoy!
